ENGR 122 is no longer a freshman course. It has been replaced by ENGR 221. Computer engineering and electrical engineering majors have to take ENGR 221 and ENGR 222.
To earn sophomore standing a students needs to successfully complete 30 credits (including PHYS 152). Only relevant courses, i.e. they are in the bingo sheet, can be counted.
